How it works
Each layer tries every split of the pallet into two blocks with the carton turned 90° in the second block, and keeps the pattern with the most boxes.
Layers are limited by the maximum load height minus the pallet height; the total is then capped by the maximum load weight.
Allow boxes on their side only if the carton and contents can be loaded that way.
